The judicial city of Lisieux is built in the former Wonder factory and allows to bring together the regional court, the district court, the labor council and the commercial court.

In this context, S3EB has implemented supervision for :

  • The counting
  • The lighting controls
  • The technical alarms
  • Air conditioning
  • The CVC
  • 1 TGBT and 13 TD
  • 2 boilers, 3 CTAs and 1 refrigeration unit.
