Energy reduction for smart buildings : how can S3EB play this role ?  

Introduction The building sector represents a major part of electricity consumption and contributes significantly to load peaks on the grid. With the rise of renewable energies and their production variations, the electricity grid needs more flexibility. It is in this context that demand response takes on its full meaning: it allows to temporarily reduce or delay the consumption of a building during critical periods, in order to participate in the overall balance of the electrical network.

Social Security Office of the Somme

S3EB will equip a BOS (Building Operating System) for the rehabilitation of the CPAM in the Somme ! This BOS will rely on sensors, actuators, automates, meters and regulators to monitor consumption and supervise technical equipment. The blinds will also be controlled.

New Clinic in Moselle

S3EB has been selected to develop the Building Operating System (BOS) for the ELSAN group's New Moselle Clinic. This clinic, part of a new generation of facilities located in Maizières lès Metz, is the brainchild of AIA LIFE DESIGNERS, winner of the architectural competition launched in 2020, with delivery scheduled for summer 2026. Nature is at the heart of the project, as the building is planned to be constructed around a large park similar to Central Park. 57 CEI in France

S3EB was commissioned by Bouygues Energies & Services to rebuild the building management system and provide overall supervision of 57 maintenance and intervention centers, as part of the public-private partnership (PPP) contract between BYES and the Interdepartmental Road Directorates (DIR), which includes financing, design, construction, upkeep, and maintenance of the sites for 30 years. Lombarderie Campus – Nantes

As part of the restructuring of buildings on the science campus of the University of Nantes, S3EB is extending the existing SCHNEIDER building management system on the Lombarderie campus. This small extension to the building management system will centralize technical alarms, manage energy and fluid metering, and supervise new HVAC equipment (substation, laboratory fan coil units, and air handling units). The aim of the building renovation is to bring all research teams together in one place.
