S3EB was commissioned by Bouygues Energies & Services to redo the BMS and overall supervision of 57 Maintenance and Intervention Centers, as part of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract between BYES and the Interdepartmental Roads Departments (DIR) including the financing, design, construction, service and maintenance of the sites for 30 years.

To do this, S3EB implements a secure national virtual private network (VPN), the backbone of a turnkey monitoring solution.
