New Clinic in Moselle

S3EB was chosen to carry out the BOS (Building Operating System) of the New Moselle Clinic of the ELSAN group.

This clinic, from a new generation of establishments, located in Maizières lès Metz, is the result of AIA LIFE DESIGNERS, winner of the architecture competition launched in 2020 for delivery in summer 2026.

Nature is at the heart of the project since construction is planned around a large park like Central Park.
