Benefits : As part of a global public performance contract (MPGP), construction of the administrative city of the 21st century : a level 3 bio-sourced building and low carbon E2C1 which aims for the Passivhaus label. The GAB is a tool for : controlling energy, improving comfort, managing the flexibility of spaces, and managing BSOs. It ensures optimized management of the building and is responsible for energy commitment.

Benefits : As part of a 25-year contract for the design/construction/operation/maintenance of a 90,000m2 real estate complex: the Biology Pharmacy Chemistry Cluster will include research laboratories, teaching spaces, scientific greenhouses, places of conviviality, technical premises, and a university restaurant. S3EB carried out the BOS, a tool for supervising the CFO, medical fluids, CVC, plumbing and the GSA (Supervision on IPad of animal facilities for researchers), and a monitoring tool at the heart of energy commitment.

Benefits : As part of the design and construction contract, which also includes technical operation and maintenance for 4 years after acceptance, S3EB is carrying out the construction of the future living and accommodation center of the school city of KERICHEN and its three high schools. The originality of this project is to integrate, within the same ensemble, three independent boarding schools that share common and shared spaces: entrance hall, music rooms and full-floor sports.
