As part of a Public Private Partnership for the construction, maintenance and operation of 4 colleges in the Sarthe, in phase delivery, realization of the GTB lot, in order to supervise :

  • The technical alarms
  • The lighting, blinds and roller shutters
  • The management of CFO, HVAC and plumbing facilities
  • Energy data collection (water, gas, electricity).
