As part of a global public performance contract (MPGP), construction of the administrative city of the 21st century : a level 3 bio-sourced building and low carbon E2C1 which aims for the Passivhaus label.

The ABM is a tool for : controlling energy, improving comfort, managing the flexibility of spaces, and managing BSOs. It ensures optimized management of the building and is responsible for energy commitment.
