Initial benefits in 1992 :

As part of the construction of a student residence with 255 studios :

  • Technical Management of the Building: control of electric convectors, EDF metering, load shedding, technical alarms, control of DHW tanks

Amending works in 2013 :

  • Transition to Windows 7
  • Change and displacement of the central unit

Amending works in 2020 :

  • Replacement of the Batibus modules with Isma in IP/RS485 modbus
  • Update of the GTB system to an entirely web version HTML5
